Dear Dr. Laufer and staff, I wanted to person thank each and every one of you for your compassion and expertise throughout my entire experience. From the very first time that I walked into your office, Linda and Brenda greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Laufer, I knew that he was the only one that I wanted to perform my surgery. He really listened to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. He took the time to explain all aspects of the procedure and each option in detail. At that point, any reservations that I had when I entered the office had disappeared. I decided to schedule my surgery after my consultation and Tracy, your office manager, stayed after hours to make sure that I was accommodated. She was very professional and courteous and fit me into the schedule within a week! My pre-op appointment with Sandra was a breeze as she was very familiar and thorough with the paperwork involved. On the day of my surgery, I arrived an hour early and was greeted by Tiffany. She really made me feel at ease and assured me that I was in good hands as she guided me through the process. When I was all settled into my wonderful gown & shower cap, Dr. Laufer came and spoke to me again just so we were both very clear on the surgery that was being performed. This reaffirmed my trust in him and made me feel really relaxed. While Dr. Laufer was prepping for surgery, Collin your anesthesiologist introduced himself and explained the anesthesia process to me. I have to admit, this was my first surgery and I felt really nervous about this part. Collin immediately put my mind at ease with his great sense of humor. He had me laughing and joking the entire way into the operating room. I have to say it felt like I was waking up before I even had surgery. When I woke up, Kathleen, Tiffany and Rene were all there tending to me and to my husband who became a little weak in the knees from the surgical environment. I am so impressed and pleased with my entire experience with your facility and staff, that I wanted to write this letter to commend each and every one of you. You are truly the best team and I am privileged to be a part of it. |
