This 32 year old patient has hypomastia. Saline implants were placed through the axilla and under the muscle. The implants were round and smooth, size 425 cc. A full " D" cup was achieved.

This patient underwent a breast augmentation with a saline implant placed under the muscle and through the armpit (axilla). The implants are filled to 340 cc and gives her a full "C" cup. (LH)
