A 35- year- old with a preoperative measurement of 34-A and a postoperative measurement of 36-D.  The implants used were round saline, placed transaxillary (armpit), under the muscle.

This is a 28-year-old patient who has hypomastia.  She underwent an augmentation mammoplasty with the use of saline implants placed under the muscle and through the axilla (armpit).  She achieved a "C" cup size.  (YP)

A 35 year old female with Hypomastia.  She had a breast augmentation with saline implants placed under the muscle through the areola approach.  The implants were round and smooth and size 375 cc.  She achieved a full "C" cup.

35-year-old with Hypomastia (lack of breast tissue).  Saline implants placed through the axilla under the muscle.  A "C-cup" was achieved using 325 cc implants.

A 20-year-old with Hypomastia and asymmetry.  Saline implants were placed under the muscle through the axilla.  She achieved a full "C" cup size.

A 30-year-old with Hypomastia.  Saline implants were placed under the muscle through the axilla.  She achieved a "D" cup size.

This patient had Hypomastia.  Saline implants were placed under the muscle and through the axilla.  She achieved a full "D" cup. (TS)

This patient has breast hypoplasia.  Saline implants were placed through the axilla.  She achieved a full "C" cup.
