A 30-year-old female with breast asymmetry and a constricted breast. Ptosis is also present. Correction with a round implant placed under the muscle and an areola incision used for placement. Notice the areola diameter was reduced and the breasts were lifted with a concentric Mastopexy. A "D-cup" was achieved. (JB)

A 43 year old female who had a round block mastopexy (lift) and breast augmentation. The implants used were Mentor saline style 2000 round with a fill volume of 320 cc. The after photos were taken 1.5 years after the procedure.

The patient has Hypomastia and breast ptosis. Saline implants were placed under the muscle through the areola. A concentric Mastopexy was also done. She achieved a full "C-cup". (TA)
