Doctor's Comments

A 50 year old with a preoperative measurement of 34-B and a postoperative measurement of 34-C. The old implants used were ruptured silicone placed in 1983, and they were removed and a total capsulectomy was performed for a capsular contracture.  The new implants used were the new silicone gel (high profile).  She now has soft and natural feeling and appearing breasts.
